  Education: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Desired
   
  Professional Licenses/Certifications: No Licenses or Certifications Requested

  Experience/Qualifications: Requires strong experience/knowledge of design and electrical principles, hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems.
Welding and fabrication experience required.
Must own tools required to successfully perform the job.
Requires blueprint reading and schematics skills.

Must pass a post-offer drug screen and physical.
 
Pre-employment drug screening required.
       

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Assembly of heavy duty truck components and large precision equipment including diesel power units, cooling systems, frame rails, axles, steering and suspension systems, transmissions, cabs and cab components.
Perform inspection & VPC.
Select, cut, form, & install wiring in accordance with specifications.
Install and check hydraulics systems.
Work from extensive wiring diagrams; blueprints, specifications, & layouts.
Calibrate & regulate units & final assemblies to meet load capacities & operating requirements.
Use a variety of electrical testing & gauging devices & equipment.
Welding and fabricating as needed.
Work with minimum supervision & direction.
